Art, Culture & Heritage

The valiant Anzac spirit born in the face of catastrophic strategic errors and insurmountable odds on the Gallipoli shore forms the bedrock of Australia’s national identity.

The courage, resilience and larrikin humour displayed by the Gallipoli soldiers spawned an enduring Anzac legend which has come to define our country as one instilled with the values of mateship and a fair go for all, tenets Australian’s still aspire to, fight for and hold dear.
