Roll on Friday, April 5th announcing our first 2019 degustation wine dinner showcasing the Morambro Creek region.
Chef Peter and his team have been working very hard creating new dishes and Virginia is busy tasting matching wines. The boutique vineyard is run by the Bryson family located in the Morambro Creek in South Australia. 300km south of Adelaide, their vineyard was established in 1994 and this year is their 22nd vintage of wine production. The wine selections have won international and local awards, one being ‘Best Winery of the Padthaway Region’ with receiving a 5 Star rating and should be a sure winner with our local home-grown produce. David joined the family winery in 2002 and is involved in the day to day running of Morambro Creek Wines, overseeing winemaking, production, national and international distribution.
David has a wealth of knowledge and experience in sales and business development having previously worked in the finance industry for 21 years.
