The Caboolture and Morayfield area is an urban hub within Moreton Bay Region.
Formerly a small dairy town, Caboolture is commonly known as the corridor between Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast with easy access and connections to the Bruce Highway, Caboolture Railway Station and Caboolture Airfield.
Caboolture is home to major innovative infrastructure projects including the Caboolture Hub and Queensland’s State Equestrian Centre. Next door to QSEC you will find Caboolture Historical Village which also runs evening ghost tours at certain times throughout the year.
Hidden away in Caboolture is the Centenary Lakes 10,000 step paved walking track. This is a great place for a relaxing stroll, or a spot of exercise. Fitness stations are positioned along the track which work-out different muscles for full-body exercise.
The Abbey Museum across the highway from the heart of Caboolture hosts the annual Abbey Medieval Festival. On this side of the highway you will also find the Caboolture Warplane Museum which is also runs joy flights and is the meeting spot for Skydive Bribie Island customers.
