Moreton Bay Holidays Afloat ‘home away from home’ yacht offerings includes;
Each yacht has sleeping cabins, along with a galley for food prep. As an added service, you can request to have your own skipper, an experienced Captain to chauffeur you around the bay and along the Queensland coastline. Kayak rental, paddle board rental, snorkel gear rental, fishing packages and sailing instructor are also available as optional extras.
Yacht charters are available year long, but the main season spans from September to March, with a peak in December/January. Notice the period in April/March and August/September, when the water is still warm, but the prices are lower compared to the main season.
The principals at Moreton Bay Holidays Afloat – Craig, Bazza and Kerry – offer decades of experience in both the hospitality and yacht industry. They successfully owned and operated a large sailing catamaran offering SCUBA and sailing week-long holidays in the British Virgin Islands, and Craig is a boat builder with 30 years of boating experience on Moreton Bay. The team are uniquely positioned to give honest, helpful advice. All staff are very familiar with all aspects of boating and yachting and can answer questions about life on the water, whether you are going for a day or longer.
