If you’re looking for what’s on in Pine Rivers District and surrounding areas then visit Pine Rivers Visitor Information Centre located within beautiful
Pine Rivers Park.
The Centre began as an information stand run by a local volunteer group in the corner of the local library back in 1991, since its humble beginnings the Centre has evolved into a Tourism Queensland accredited, ‘brick and mortar’ tourist information hub staffed by just over 30 volunteers.
Pine Rivers Visitors Information Centre welcomes tourists travelling west through the South East Queensland country region, as well as those heading south into northern New South Wales. Due to the varied travel plans of its visitors, the Centre is always well-stocked with a variety of brochures, maps, itineraries and more, covering not only a myriad of things to do in Strathpine, but also wider Moreton Bay Region and further afield towards South East Queensland and northern New South Wales.
Be sure to gain firsthand travel info from the Centre’s staff – many of the volunteers have travelled extensively throughout the district, surrounding areas and further out and have built up a wealth of travel knowledge sure to prove useful to travellers.
The tourist information hub offers FREE Wi-Fi and bus tour groups can book free guided tours of the Pine Rivers area through the Centre.
