Booking Notes

All prices quoted are ONE WAY transfers.

Prices are based on up to 2 passengers, each additional passenger is $12.00 per person. A $10.00 surcharge applies on Saturdays & Sundays. A Surcharge of $15.00 applies to bookings on Public holidays and bookings requiring pick-up between 10pm and 5am.

RedAir drivers are easy to spot in their distinctive red t-shirts or jackets, and the red sign with your name on it leaves no room for doubt. Please be ready and waiting 15 minutes prior to pick up as your transfer may arrive early to allow for traffic and road conditions.

Please Note: RedAir’s private taxi Brisbane minibuses are not fitted with baby seats, or booster seats. RedAir is a shared transfer service – if there are 2 or more bookings around the same time, along the same route, they will be combined.

Cancellation Fees: any cancellations made after the booking confirmation will incur a 50% fee.

Cancellations within 3 days of the departure date incur a 100% fee.

If you would like to cancel your trip within three days prior to departure please contact the operator direct. You will find their contact number at the top of the page on your travel vouchers.

Please note: a non-refundable surcharge of 2% applies for any online bookings.

We require all bookings to be reconfirmed with us 2 days before your scheduled start.
