About the Owners

Owners Nick and Virginia Tzimas, together with award-winning Head Chef Peter Tzimas, event coordinator Lauren and their highly dedicated team, share a passion for exquisite food and first-class service.

Renowned for modern Australian cuisine with a classic twist, the exciting and inventive menu prepared by Head Chef Peter and his team boasts delightful, fresh local produce including seafood and beef.
