Starting on the streets of Melbourne in the summer of 1998, The Groove Train founder, Rocky Veneziano, saw a lack of flavourful, bold dishes that appealed to any and all appetites. Envisioning how he would close this gap in the Melbourne foodie scene, Rocky saw a place where people came for the food but lingered over drinks and conversation because everyone was having too much fun to leave. After making his vision a reality, the idea caught on and today there are over 20 Groove Train restaurants across Melbourne and up to Brisbane.
