White Brick Brewing

Located in North Lakes, White Brick Brewing is the brainchild of avid home-brewer Adam Gibb, who took his love for beer to the next level and opened the company in late 2017. Specialising in handcrafted beer and offering top quality food and drinks in a family-friendly environment (including your four-legged friend), White Brick received seven awards in their first six months of operation.

Local focus

Even before the establishment of White Brick Brewing, owner-operator Adam had a strong focus on supporting the local community. It was while he was volunteering at a Beer Awards event that he decided it was time to share his 20 years of homebrew knowledge with the Moreton Bay Region. Offering seven or eight craft beers on tap at any one time (that are brewed on-site), Adam ensures even the nuts at the bar come from a local supplier! In addition to this, all the spent grain goes to a local farmer in Kurwongbah and the 120 solar panels on the roof of the brewery ensure that energy is going back into the grid so that brewing has no negative impact on the environment.

Functions and events

The North Lakes brewery venue is ideal for both private and community functions and welcomes everyone from beer connoisseurs to dining families and even the pet dog. From 18ths to 50ths or even the staff Christmas party, White Brick Brewing are gracious and welcoming hosts, proud to show off their craft beer and other local concoctions. Don't be afraid to bring your little one along as there is plenty of entertainment even for those underage, including a foosball table and board games, soft drink to keep them happy and a baby change table for the tiny tots.

As an active member of the community, Adam and the team at White Brick Brewing are often holding their own events within the North Lakes brewery and are looking to begin monthly tours in the near future, a great bachelor party idea or a gift for the avid beer-drinker. Additionally, White Brick Brewing attend other local events, having been at the inaugural Moreton Bay Food and Wine Festival in 2018 and are attendees of the upcoming Eatons Hill BeerFest.

White Brick Brewing is also happy to help support local sporting groups and host fundraisers.
