Have you been wondering what to do on Bribie Island? Have you found yourself typing ‘Bribie tours near me’ into the Google search bar? If so, stop. G’Day Adventure Tours is exactly what you’re looking for!

You will discover parts of Bribie Island you didn’t even know existed on this approximate 4.5 hour fully-guided 4WD tour.

You will kayak through Norfolk Lagoon, explore WWII bunkers and feel the sand between your toes as you walk along beautiful beaches near Brisbane, all complemented by informative, expert commentary from your guide.

G’Day Adventure Tour Things to do on Bribie Island

The day begins with a drive along Woorim Beach to Norfolk Lagoon where kayaks are unloaded for a leisurely on-water tour of tea-tree stained Norfolk Lagoon (called 2nd Lagoon by the locals). The peaceful area provides fantastic photo opportunities of iconic Australian wildlife and natural scenery.

After your paddle you’ll jump back in the 4WD for a sandy drive north along pristine Woorim Beach to Ocean Beach for a gander at the remnants of the Fort Bribie World War II bunkers which were constructed for naval defence at the outbreak of the war.

Upon arrival you will learn all about the fort’s history and be given ample time to explore these wartime vestiges. After you’ve enjoyed your educational gallivant around the Fort Bribie site, you’ll be chauffeured south along the beach, back to the pick-up point where the tour began.

During your return drive keep your eyes peeled for dolphins, kangaroos and other wonderful species.

Please Note: Water and fruit is included in this day tour. Lagoon swimming is an optional activity which can be enjoyed as part of this tour.
