Pause Academy: Homemade Pasta Masterclass
Join chef Rino in the Pause Cooking Academy as we explore fresh hand-crafted pasta.
Together, we will whip up and form ricotta gnocchi and get our hands dirty making squid ink spaghetti, finishing them with local produce and seafood. Once you have prepared the pasta and they are complemented with sauces, you will be seated and served a 3-course meal of the dishes we just prepared, together with paired wines.
- Ricotta gnocchi on cream of spinach, topped with flash fried garlic Mooloolaba king prawns.
- Squid ink spaghetti with "Moreton Bay Marinara"
- Dessert (to be served): Samford honey Bavarese, with mandarin crumble and cranberry hibiscus foam from Millen Farm.
You will leave with the confidence to make and serve authentic Italian pasta at home, “Pause-style”.
