Caboolture Golf Club Championship Golf Course north Brisbane

Caboolture Golf Club, conveniently located midway between Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, offers an 18-hole championship course that will test your skills and leave you breathless with its beauty.

Established in 1969, this iconic club boasts a rich history and a commitment to nurturing local golfing talent.

With its picturesque setting along the Wararba Creek, featuring undulating fairways, mountain vistas and serene lakes, it’s a popular destination of choice for golf enthusiasts across the country.

The course itself is a challenge. Designed by renowned golf course architect Ross Watson, the 18-hole, 6,059m, par-71 championship course offers golfers a true test with no two holes alike.

Expect gentle rolling couch fairways, large 328 greens, strategically placed bunkers, and water hazards that come into play on many holes.

The course’s signature hole is the 17th which comprises a par-5 double-dogleg flanked by water on both sides and with protective bunkers in play too. The green is well-protected, and you’ll be lucky to come away with a par here.
