Located in Brendale, Cubbyhouse Coffee is a small batch coffee roaster with years of experience in creating specialty blends.

Roasted on-site on the northside of Brisbane City, you can enjoy bean blends like Candyland, Decaf, Ethiopia Strawberry Fields, Everyday Blend and so much more.

Coffee School

If you're new to making espresso or have recently acquired a coffee machine, Cubby Coffee School invites you to attend Bari-star 101!

This course is tailored specifically to budding home baristas and provides the necessary knowledge, tips, and techniques to consistently make great espresso in a small group setting.

This course will teach you:

  • History of espresso
  • How to dial in your grinder
  • Distribution and tamping techniques
  • How to pull the perfect shot
  • Milk preparation, texturing
  • Pouring techniques & Basic Latte Art
  • Coffee storage and best practices
  • Machine Cleaning and hygiene

Based out of Cubby House Coffee, Pinnacle Beverages create craft cold brew using a specific coffee blend designed for cold brewing. Their cold brew is a natural energy source with only 2 ingredients, coffee and triple UV filtered water, with no preservatives, no additives, and definitely no heat treating.

What's more, you can try a deliciously refreshing Sparkling Iced Tea.
