Dude & Duke Smoke House
387, Deception Bay Road, Deception Bay, 4508, QLD
Step into the lively space of Dude and Duke Smoke House and be greeted by the tantalising aroma of 13-hour low n’ slow smoked BBQ meats wafting from their in-house smoker. But the real star of the show? The innovative “pour-your-own” beer wall, where you can channel your inner brewmaster and craft your own perfect pint!
Located in Deception Bay, Moreton Bay, near Brisbane, the all-black, neon-lit eatery is locally inspired by everything they do. Named after two special Staffordshire bull terriers, Dude and Duke, if you’re looking for an energetic, welcoming and fun experience, you’re in the right place.
Sit around the casual picnic tables and bar stools and experience the smell of their succulent BBQ meats while you test out your self-poured glass of liquid gold.
The self-pour wall is considered to be “the next big thing” in pour systems. The innovative electric technology lets you pour your own drink using pre-paid cards, so you only pay for what you pour.
It is the first of its kind from Pour My Beer in Brisbane with 10 rotating taps that feature local and regional brews including beer, cider, wine and cocktails.
Take your pick from their latest selection of IPAs, pale ales, sours, ciders, and lagers – pour as little, or as much as you like. But it’s not just about beer on tap here, there’s also ciders, wines and cocktails (did I hear someone say espresso martini?)
Sink your teeth into their mouthwatering burgers, crafted with their very own butchers blend mince and grilled to perfection over a roaring fire grill. There’s a burger for every bite, from the modest single stackers like The Dude and The Firebird to the ginormous Double Duke, Big Chick and The Boss.
Feeling adventurous? For some smokey realness, look to the Smoke n Wings menu for a feast fit for a king, featuring epic meaty delights like pulled pork, brisket and chicken wings.
There’s always something exciting happening at Dude and Duke with regular events from 18+ comedy nights, to drag queen bingo and the best of Brisbane’s live music scene.
