Monthly BIEPA Meeting
Bribie RSL Club, 99 Toorbul St, Bongaree QLD 4507, Australia
Come to our regular gathering to hear updates on projects, ask questions, get involved, and listen to guest speakers on fascinating and relevant topics.
After a warm welcome and some updates since the last meeting, we will hear from our guest speakers David Moore and Josh Walker from Sunshine Coast Council and Matt Stevenson from MBRC on the implications of the Inter-Urban Break Outdoor Recreation Plan. This document guides planning for recreation activities in the 63,000 hectare area that overlaps the Sunshine Coast Council and Moreton Bay Regional Council areas.
After an essential break for tea and biscuits, we'll have a number of short talks from other members, including updates from our Mission Teams, before heading home or mingling at the bar. Take this opportunity to meet your fellow BIEPA members and find out how you can help BIEPA achieve its mission.
Want to give a talk? If you're a BIEPA member and would like to give a talk, please contact the management committee well in advance so we can plan for time and prepare slides to support your talk. There won't be time to add new talks on the night. We only have two hours for these evening meetings so please respect other members by keeping your talks relevant and succinct. If you want more discussion than time allows, we can help you organise a dedicated meeting and encourage members to come along.
