This unassuming and relaxed pet-friendly café opposite John Scott Park, Samford, is quickly establishing itself as a popular, new local family meeting place on the Samford dining scene.

The Samford café’s friendly customer service and warm wood-panelled surrounds, pared back décor and minimalist vibes make for a relaxed family-friendly atmosphere.

Open for breakfast, lunch and late afternoon dining. You can pop past anytime during the day from 7:30am for coffee (using Coffee Supreme beans) or a takeaway meal. If you’ve more time to spare, take a seat to dine al fresco or indoors at one of the tables or pull up a window stool instead to watch the foot traffic.

The Long Yard Larder’s gourmet menu offerings, along with its selection of fresh & wholesome sandwiches, bagels, pastries, and fine Australian cheeses & cured meats, gives you plenty of choice when it comes to nibbles, snacks, light meals, and artisan dishes. While the exquisite gelato and sorbet range is the perfect melt-in-your-mouth treat for all ages.

Vegetarian and gluten free Samford dining options are also available.

Samford is about 40 minutes from Brisbane CBD and Redcliffe.

Street parking is available in Station Street in front of The Long Yard Larder, as well as surrounding streets.
