The Dayboro Show Society offers many facilities to the local community and tourists. The grounds are also used by the Dayboro Rodeo Association, Dayboro Pony Club, Dayboro Trail Riders Club and Dayboro AH & I Working Horse and Dog Committee.
Besides this, the showgrounds serve as a caravan and campsite near Brisbane that is affordable and pet-friendly!
Dayboro Showgrounds are located at 3512 Mount Mee Rd, Dayboro QLD 4521 near Brisbane on the north side.
The caravan park and campgrounds are conveniently located 700m from the town and is a great place to stay for a weekend or longer.
All campers have use of the great facilities located at the Dayboro Showgrounds. The facilities provided by the Dayboro Show Society are also available for hire to the general public. The facilities include:
The views of the surrounding countryside are beautiful and it’s only a short walk into the town centre of Dayboro. Dogs allowed.
Powered Site (2 adults) $20 per night / $120 per week
Non-Powered Site (2 adults) $15 per night / $90 per week
Additional Campers $5 each per night

There is a three week limit on your stay at the Showgrounds.

Camping at Dayboro whether it be in your tent or at the caravan park allows you to escape the busy city hustle and escape to nature. Dayboro is a great little town to hide away in for a few weeks. The surrounding countryside is spectacular with small creeks to swim in and explore. It is easy access to Mt Mee and the D’Aguilar National Park which offer 4WD and great places to swim for visitors. The town itself has still maintained its village feel. There are all the services and shops you need, including the award-winning Dayboro Butcher. There are plenty of cafes and great eating places also, including the pub right in the main street. The barbershop has been restored as an old fashion replica of a salon bar, and well worth a look. They have markets each month and the town is a buzz on weekends with Dayboro being a preferred stop for bike riders taking the Mt Mee route up the mountain. Major events include the Rodeo and Dayboro Day, where they close off the main street and have a host of entertainment for the day.
