Samford Showgrounds also operate as a meeting place for motoring and caravan clubs, riding for the disabled, professional equestrian events, carriage drivers and polocrosse. The annual Samford Show is usually held each July for a weekend of family-fun entertainment and a cheaper alternative to the EKKA.

Annual Samford Show

Home to the annual Samford Show every July, the Samford Showgrounds transforms into a carnival-inspired space. Organised and held thanks to the wonderful team at the Samford Show Society, this 2-day event offers locals and visitors to the Moreton Bay Region an opportunity to experience a weekend of family fun entertainment such as Aussie FMW Bikes, the classic Side Show Alley and other true blue entertainment such as sheep shearing and farm skill challenges. Don’t forget to go home without the quintessential showbag either!
